Debby becomes a hurricane, takes aim at Florida's Gulf Coast

Debby muscled up into a full-fledged hurricane late Sunday and took aim at making landfall in the Big Bend region of Florida's Gulf Coast by midday on Monday, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said, warning of life-threatening storm surges. Gabe Singer reports.
