I know, I know... These two topics seem odd to pair, but this is the order in which Christ takes His sermon, and believe it or not, they are related. Jesus says that prayer and fasting can be practiced in tandem with the sin of idolatry, and this scenario was rampant amongst the people of Israel. In this video, we will cover Matthew chapter 6 verses 16-23 and explain the meaning behind these topics in a way that is easy to understand. We will also discuss many other Old Testament links to this sermon you may not have been aware of. This is the eighth video in a series of videos we will be producing about this Sermon.
