Market Update :

In July, El Paso County, Colorado, experienced a slower-than-average housing market. Sales were down compared to previous months, with fewer new listings and a slight increase in average days on the market. This trend indicates a more balanced market, providing opportunities for buyers to explore available options without the intense competition seen earlier in the year.

In July, the housing market in the greater Denver Metro area experienced a slower than average pace. Sales volumes dipped, and inventory levels remained higher than usual for this time of year. However, home prices have stayed relatively stable despite the reduced activity.

👉👉 We are already seeing a lowering in interest rates , with fingers crossed that they will drop more this fall!
