According to her statement, Michael lunged at her, leading her to stab him in the chest. However, the prosecution argues that there is no medical record supporting Michael’s manic behavior. They also reveal that Michael’s affair was a major source of marital strife, and Christine had previously shown aggression, resulting in injuries to Michael. Christine has pleaded not guilty and is being held without bail.
