The summer time brings more heat to our bodily systems. If this is not properly balanced we may experience acid problems, skin rashes, frustrations, anxiety, lack of focus, anger, workaholism, exacerbations, vitiations, and aggravations. In Ayurveda the fire element is known as Pitta. It may increase and move excessively in places that are unnatural if it is not checked properly leading to all kinds of conditions.
