Brownies Mars Recipe
Ingredients:
200g (7 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
200g (7 oz) unsalted butter, cubed
250g (1 1/4 cups) granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
125g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
30g (1/4 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 Mars bars, chopped into small pieces
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Melt Chocolate and Butter:
In a heatproof bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and cubed butter. Melt together using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.

Mix Sugar and Eggs:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and eggs until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

Combine Wet Ingredients:
Pour the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.

Add Dry Ingredients:
Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

Add Mars Bars:
Fold in the chopped Mars bars, reserving a few pieces to sprinkle on top.

Bake:
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the reserved Mars bar pieces on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Serve:
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Tips:
For extra gooey brownies, slightly underbake them.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an indulgent treat.
Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
Enjoy your decadent Brownies Mars!
