Feel like it's time for a deload, have been making steady progress since January (when I started lifting again) i.e 7 months by now and finally, I've been seeing some decrease in performance. I'm unable to do the amount of reps with the weights that I did "last time" on pretty much all muscle groups and feeling kinda beat up even though my diet, electrolyte intake and sleep are on point.
Maybe I'll push for one more week and see where things go before making a decision cuz the thought of taking time off of the gym sounds ducking insane lol.
