5-ingredient banana and peanut butter muffins:

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky, as per your preference)
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)
1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.

Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.

Add the peanut butter to the mashed bananas and mix well until combined.

Add the eggs and mix until fully incorporated.

Stir in the honey or maple syrup (if using) and the baking soda. Mix until the batter is smooth.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
