Police Allow Road Rage Hit and Run Driver To Escape Justice

When law enforcement appears to allow a road rage incident and/or a hit-and-run driver to escape justice, it can significantly undermine public trust in the system. Such situations may arise due to a lack of evidence, procedural errors, administrative oversights, and plain incompetence.
However, it is essential for authorities to address these issues transparently and take corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Ensuring accountability and maintaining rigorous investigative standards are crucial for upholding the rule of law and protecting citizens' rights.

As for Northumbria Police, there will be a significant complaint set in motion for the truly disgraceful initial response, lack of traffic violation awareness, bungling incompetence and woeful follow up.

The Hit and Run driver should not assume he has now got clean away with this, either.
