Three easy tips to improve your health

These are the three best tips I give to any of my clients beginning their health journey.

1. Remove seed oils, these are one of the main causes of the modern health epidemic we are seeing today.

Start reading ingredient lists on foods you buy, see what’s actually going on to your body and avoid products packed with seed oils (it’s a lot).

Also stop using seed/vegetable oils for cooking and use animal fats.

2. Use intermittent fasting, we are not a grazing animal, eating constantly is bad for our health. STOP the snacking.

Start trying to eat your food in a smaller time window and condensed into a smaller amount of larger meals rather than spread out through the day.

3. Cut down on processed carbs, these are not only packed full of sugar but they also come with seed oils and other unnecessary chemicals and additives we don’t want in our body.
