Damn Y'all, I got bamboozled! (Again.) Going along with a bio-male beating up a woman at the Olympics only to learn that Imane Khelif was indeed born female with all the proper parts, though I haven't checked personally. So apologies out to you all, and to the Algerian athlete that doesn't know I exist. I wonder how many times she had to put up with being "misgendered."
I am always ready to eat my words and come clean. Gulp.
Speaking of word salads (as a diet)... we are still predicting that Kamala Harris will be made President before the Democratic National Convention. It's like that Monty Python "Spanish Inquisition" sketch. We think Biden is going to resign on the 50th Anniversary of Nixon's resignation. If that doesn't happen, he might step aside just before the Convention. If that doesn't happen, then he may expire, (he may already be dead, who knows?) before the November election, or before the inauguration. One way or another I expect, (but not looking forward to) Kamala Harris to be made President.
If I'm wrong... it will be a huge relief, because her political career will probably be over. She can write a book or teach at a liberal university or something.
Okay; we've got those two items out of the way.
Anyone of a certain age has probably dumped Star Wars by now. I saw it in theaters. WOW!! Mind blown. We have a rebellious spirit anyway. What happens when the rebels build a republic and that republic is infiltrated and becomes an empire? An evil empire at that? Don't raise your hand. You're living it.
Midway through Fortnight Fitness 7 today. We hit the gym and talk about it. Strategy, recovery, and the exercises. What is implicit, is the consistency.
