Turning Car Drives Directly Into Oncoming Truck's Headlights

Info from Licensor: "I was driving to work at 6:00 on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. The accident occurred in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on Choctaw and N Flannery. The other driver just kept going and crashed into me. I did everything I could, I was nearly at a standstill and he kept driving into me. I don’t know how he didn’t see my truck! He tried blaming me for the accident, and after I told him I had a dashcam, he went stone cold silent! It looks like he may have been looking at his phone mounted in the center of his dash / windshield. Both of his hands were on the wheel. I’m dealing with insurance now. Luckily, the other driver was insured. Wish me luck! It should be a pretty easy case."
