US says it negotiated the 'largest swap since cold war' deal for more than a year

A significant prisoner swap, the largest since the Cold War, has concluded in Ankara, Turkey, with the exchange of 26 individuals. The agreement involved participants from seven different countries. Among those exchanged in this historic multinational deal were Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich and former US Marine Paul Whelan.
