3-ingredient ice cream muffins:

Ingredients:
1 pint (2 cups) of ice cream (your favorite flavor, softened)
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup sugar (optional, depending on the sweetness of your ice cream)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the softened ice cream and self-rising flour. If your ice cream is not sweet enough, add the sugar. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Fill Muffin Tin: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Cool and Serve: Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your ice cream muffins warm or at room temperature.
