🌈 Rainbow

In the Bible, the rainbow is a significant symbol. It first appears in the story of Noah’s Ark in the Book of Genesis. After the great flood, God placed a rainbow in the sky as a sign of His covenant with Noah and all living creatures, promising never to destroy the earth with a flood again12. This is found in Genesis 9:13-17, where God says:
"I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth. It shall be, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud; and I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh"3.
The rainbow is thus a symbol of God’s promise and faithfulness. 🌈
