5-INGREDIENT OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES 🍪

These are my go-to oatmeal raisin cookies that come together so easily! You will absolutely love them! And if you prefer chocolate chips, simply sub them for the raisins 🤍

You’ll need:
1 ripe banana (mashed)
¼ cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup oats (I used gluten-free)
1/3 cup raisins

1. In a small bowl, combine the mashed banana, almond butter, and cinnamon.
2. Stir in oats.
3. Fold in raisins.
4. Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes (to firm up).
5. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and flatten (this batch made 4 cookies).
6. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 400F.
7. Remove from oven, add flaky sea salt (optional), and enjoy! ❤️
