WATERMELON “TUNA” 🍣
Yes, it’s not tuna. Yes, it doesn’t taste like tuna. But it’s a very delicious way to prepare watermelon which you can use for sushi, poke bowls, salads and much more!🤗
RECIPE (4 servings, 2h prep time):
-1 baby watermelon
Peel and cut in slices.
-5 Tbsp soy sauce
-1 Tsp sesame oil
-2 Tbsp vinegar
-optional: crushed nori for a fishy flavor
Mix and marinate for 30mins.
Bake at 180C/360F for 30-45mins, flipping halfway through.
Now slice or cube and toss in the remaining marinade (optional with some garlic and ginger.)
