We are not perfect. it's unrealistic to strive for perfection. Once i learned to let things just be what they are, i became calmer, less anxious. Striving for perfection was literally making me sick. I don't want that any more and I also don't want anyone else to have to go through that. Just be ok with being you. Even if You have twin, there's still only one you. Treating yourself with some TLC is much needed. Don't keep giving it away and not ever give any to yourself.
