The police attempted to blindside me!

A police officer attempted to get my drivers license suspended by citing me with "failure to provide proof of insurance" at the scene of an accident although he was informed on the scene that my company "self insures" several pieces of their equipment including the forklifts.
When the police are more concerned with punishing someone without any evidence that they did anything wrong rather than finding out the facts before you rush to judgement you have a major problem! So there were no witnesses! just my word against hers! After he took her statement and her boyfriend's statement who, by the way, was not even present on scene during the accident. He then began to interrogate me! He was demanding that I get on the forklift and recreate the accident. This proved to be quite difficult because the forklift was damaged and I more or less just walked him through it. He was very frustrated because I wouldn't say anything to incriminate myself. He kept asking if I looked both ways in a feeble attempt to trip me up! Finally< out of frustration and anger, I said, "I have a video of the incident! Would you like to see it? He was very excited to see the video until he watched it. After he watched the, less than thirty second video, his whole demeanor changed and he said, "She was flying through there!" I responded, "Yes, and SHE HIT ME!" He told that it was clearly her fault and the police report would reflect that.
Well, I had to go take a drug test so I left the scene and went about my business. Watch the video. God bless you all!
