Healing Through Depersonalization and Derealization

In our journey of healing through mental health battles, many can find they are struggling to connect to their emotions and even to the world around them. Within my battles of obsessive-compulsive anxiety, I felt like I was watching the world live their lives, but I wasn't connect to it. The way I describe it, I felt like I had a plexiglass wall on my chest, keeping a pressure on me that kept me feeling separated from the reality around me. Furthermore, I was seperated from myself.

In this broadcast, I want to talk about the struggles of depersonalization and derealization and the battle to live present and connected. I pray that what I share will enhance, encourage and empower your journey.
