Carrie Underwood performed "A Little Less Talk, A Lot More Action" at the "Toby Keith: American Icon" tribute concert in Nashville last night (July 29), paying homage to her “Oklahoma friend and brother.” At the end of her performance, Underwood ended the song by saying, “Nashville! We are all here for one reason, this incredible man,” she said as she pointed to a photo of Toby on the big screen behind her. She continued saying, “The Big Dog Daddy, my Oklahoma friend and brother. This is a celebration for Toby Keith – his music, his heart, his life, everyone on this stage tonight loves Toby, and I know you all do too. So raise them up! We’re giving him a party he’d be proud of.” The event featured several other artists like Lainey Wilson, Jamey Johnson, Trace Adkins, and many more. If you weren’t there to see it in person, do not worry because, on August 28, NBC will be broadcasting this event for all Toby Keith fans to see. The event was also a benefit fundraiser for Toby Keith Foundation's OK Kids Korral and Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital.
