INGREDIENTS:
Eggs:2
Sugar:3/4 cup
Vanilla essence:1tsp
Oil:1/2 cup
All purpose flour:1 cup
Baking powder:1 tsp
Baking soda: 1/4 tsp
Milk:1/2 cup
Butter: 3tbsp

METHOD:
Preheat oven at 180°C.Take 7 inch pan and line with parchment paper and grease with oil.
In a bowl Mix oil ,sugar,then add eggs and beat well. Then add flour,mix, add baking powder , baking soda,mix Microwave milk and butter for around 1 minute until hot.
Pour it into the cake batter and mix.Add vanilla essence Now add batter into the pan. Tap the pan twice to get rid of air bubbles.
Bake at 180c for 35-40 minutes till a skewer comes out clean. Take it out, Let it rest 10-15 mins.

Cut into slices and enjoyyyy with your Chai/coffee
