Israel strikes Lebanese capital, targets Hezbollah commander

At least two people have been killed and 17 more wounded in an Israeli attack on a suburb of Beirut. IDF claims to have been targeting a senior Hezbollah commander, reportedly with no success, as Israel holds the man responsible for the death of Israeli civilians.
