Extreme flooding paralyzes North Korea as Kim Jong Un rescues thousands of stranded residents

North Korean state media released photos of extreme flooding and the rescue operation overseen by leader Kim Jong Un. According to sources more than 4,200 persons were rescued, however the amount of persons perished due to the floods has not been disclosed.
