Air Fryer Salmon Flatbread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 flatbreads or naan
2 salmon fillets (about 4-6 oz each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
1/2 cup hummus or Greek yogurt
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Salmon:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Rub the fillets with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried dill if using.
Air Fry the Salmon:

Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it cool slightly. Remove the skin if desired and flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the Flatbreads:

While the salmon is cooking, warm the flatbreads in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes or until slightly crispy.
Assemble the Flatbreads:

Spread a generous layer of hummus or Greek yogurt over each flatbread.
Top with the flaked salmon, cucumber slices, red onion slices, and crumbled feta cheese.
Garnish with fresh dill or parsley.
