Inspired by, yet reflected on with an alternative perspective, the famous YouTube video Here in My Garage by Tai Lopez

Here is a detailed video about my friend Tim who spent a lot of money renting a garage for 50 years that he didn't need. This money could have made him a multi-billionaire. There are many people out there who have similar issues and rent storage spaces of all sizes that they don't need. This money could have been saved and invested into something life changing. There are some boring math parts about how the future values were calculated (unless you love finance like me) to this video, but feel free to skip that part if you choose. Thanks and enjoy! :)

00 - Intro to Here in My Very Expensive Garage
25 - How much Tim would have had if he didn't rent his garage and invested the money instead at 10% for the last 50 years...You might need to sit down to watch this.
21 - Do you really need a garage or storage locker at all? The financial effects of hoarding.
28 - Excel formulas to demonstrate the math. (Feel free to skip this math section and go straight to 21:03, but I would recommend to watch it as the lessons are valuable). Please don't get hung up on the calculations, just the points made. You will not be graded on this yet. ;)
25 - Financial calculator to double check our numbers
49 - Back to Excel...different rates using What If scenarios. The result with higher interest rates equal higher FVs.
13 - 100% Return for 50 years equals all the money in the world. Tim would have been the richest man on the planet...lol.
28 - My friend Tim would have been a Billionaire at 20% rate of return for 50 years by not renting this garage and investing instead. The essence of opportunity cost. Tim, please get a glass of water and some ice before watching this...oh...and don't forget to sit too...lol.
35 - Time Value of money differences by making your payment in the beginning of the month versus the end of the month. He would have made a little more money.
46 - This problem applied to your average person renting a garage and/or storage locker. More math...almost done.
03 - Concluding about renting expensive real estate to store stuff that you will never use. Oh, and don't store knowledge...use it.
08 - End
