January 10, 2015 video about the US Air Force's Miniature Air Launched Decoy Jammer (MALD) can mimic the radar signatures of any aircraft, even creating a ghost fleet of jet aircraft to confuse enemy radar.

Interesting that the imagery they use to convey this capability is of a hologram like cloaking a missile / drone.

Reminds me of the 9/11 "planes".
