Adapting and Evolving: Lessons from the Journey
Navigating through significant changes and challenges can provide invaluable insights and growth opportunities.

Here's the Story of Justin. Pure resilience and adaptation:

🌟 Facing the Challenge: Before COVID, we had a full team including a front desk person and an HR manager, along with overhead costs like a nice apartment and car. We were experiencing six-figure months in production. However, the pandemic hit, reducing our production to about $40,000 and forcing us into a rebuilding phase.

💪 Adapting and Investing: This wasn't a complete restart; I knew what to do but wanted to accelerate the process. I decided to invest both time and money into rebuilding, leading to significant growth within a year despite the growing pains.

🧠 Self-Discovery and Focus: During this period, I learned a lot about myself. I realized the need for more focus and effective leadership. This led me to undertake the 75 Hard challenge for the first time, alongside four colleagues, which greatly improved my discipline and leadership skills.

🎤 Achievements and Setbacks: After two quarters of hard work, I made the Board of Directors and spoke at a conference in Caesars Palace, Vegas. However, the following month, COVID shut everything down, necessitating a shift to virtual sales.

🚀 Pivoting to Virtual Sales: Transitioning to virtual sales involved significant adjustments. We used to travel to small towns every six weeks to meet clients, but now we had to adapt to virtual meetings. I remember my first virtual enrollment was done from my apartment countertop, marking the start of our fully virtual operations.

👥 Embracing Change: In times of change, there are three types of people: those who immediately adapt, those who wait to see if it works, and those who resist and hope for things to revert. Adapting quickly and helping others adjust was crucial during this period.

🙏 Faith and Growth: This journey also led me to my faith, realizing that I needed guidance
