Pablo Villa-Martinez was born in California and raised in Texas, he is the youngest of 7. He attended Texas Tech University and graduated in 2016. He went on to work in the Electric Utility industry where he designed Electric Utility overhead and underground structures while also Project Managing, where he helped many customers obtain electricity. He was in the electric utility industry for 10 years until he discovered real estate.

Joining the real estate industry in 2021 by accident. He worked on finding deals and learning more and more about the real estate Industry. After starting on his own and realizing that is not the way, he joined the Jay Conner Mastermind. With the help of the Mastermind family, he has zoomed into a specific business model.

His business motto is, "It starts with people and ends with people".
