Here’s the full workout👇👇👇

1. Band external and internal rotations to warm up rotator cuffs 1 set each arm

2. Band Assisted Planche Hold: 2 Sets for as long as possible

3. Tree Assisted Handstand Hold: 10 attempts/ reps for as long as possible

4. L-Sit, to be t arm tuck: 2 sets as many reps as possible

5. Ring Pull Up: 3 sets for as many reps as possible

6. Ring Dip: 3 sets for as many reps as possible

7. Ring Feet Elevated Archer Face pull: 1 x ONIT Drop set, regressing in difficulty by walking backwards more and stepping off of the chair, every time you reach failure on a rep

8. Ring Feet Elevated Press Up: same as above 1 x ONIT Set

9. Ring Abdominal Rollout: same as above 1 x ONIT Set

10. Ring Triceps’s Overhead Extension: same as above 1 x ONIT Set

11. Ring Bicep’s Curl: same as above 1 x ONIT Set
