US-Philippines talks aid 'agile' responses to China: Marcos

Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday (July 30) told visiting U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin that regular engagements between Manila and Washington were needed to ensure "agile" responses to his country's maritime tensions with China.
