Sept Week 3 - More Zone 2 Training and a VO2 Max Bike Session

This Week’s Activity and Events:

This week we continued our Zone 2 training while running and then capped off the week with a VO2 Max bike session aimed at building our anaerobic capacity. We’re looking to build a solid endurance foundation with the Zone 2 training and build speed and versatility with the VO2 max/anaerobic training. Our planned mix is about 80% Zone 2 and 20% high intensity workouts. We’ll see how this all plays out with our current race schedule.
