In this video I used the original Gerry Rafferty studio recording minus Gary Taylor.
I played Gary's piece.
The tuning is- EADG and the BPM is 114.

The cover/ lesson is my rendition from what I heard in the original recording. I tried to get Gary Taylor's original isolated track, I could not find it.
I did find many varying versions, some amazing and some odd.
So I went by ear. I tried to get as close as possible.
My rendition is not perfect, I do not claim to be perfect.
This version is intended to instruct how to play Baker Street decently.
