We've heard previously that the excuse for the 2nd officer to leave and stop monitoring from that 2nd floor window (with the view to the sniper's roof position) was because the officer who went down to find Crooks forgot his key card and needed the other officer to leave that post to let him in. It will be good to tie any contradictions down because one thing is certain - there's no excuse for a sniper position covering a person of national security importance to not be covered for such a lame excuse - leave the guy outside (everyone knows the lost key card excuse is just an excuse and a cover - as most probably is the emphasis on "we got a photo". Doesn't pass the basic reasonable test.

Goldinger? Goldfinger? We need to get this guy and the Commissioner's under- oath testimonies in the hands of skilled prosecutors to grill them both ASAP.
