Here’s what you need:
300gr peeled potatoes, boil till soft
80 gr potato flour
50 gr tapioca flour
Water as needed for kneading

Seasoning:
2 tbsp hot cooking oil
1 tbsp dried chilli flakes
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 chopped scallion
