Pork Chops with Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Pork Chops:

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Dredge each chop in flour, shaking off any excess.
Cook the Pork Chops:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the pork chops and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. (Internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C.)
Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside. Keep warm.
Make the Parmesan Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the butter and let it melt.
Add the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
Add the garlic powder and dried Italian herbs, if using. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce starts to thicken.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combine and Serve:

Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the chops are heated through and coated with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Enjoy your pork chops with Parmesan sauce! You can pair this dish with some roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
