Reconciliation of Tradition-Touch Not Mine Anointed

"Touch not mine anointed, do my prophets no harm" is often quoted by preachers and evangelists who reject any form of correction of evaluation of their messages and how they treat the members of their churches.

Are they in the right to tell their people this, or are they abusing scripture and taking it out of context?
