Palmer police chief shows his true colors and go's crazy! I had to tell him to calm down and lower his voice it's pretty bad when a citizen has to tell the CHIEF OF POLICE

to calm down and lower his voice and he refuses to do his job!! And the lady at the front counter Julie Mckee
is the same refuses to do her job!!

This type of behavior is unacceptable and should not go unpunished these people need to be fired /retired or retrained!!!
