Elsweyr - Ghost Town Test

Testing out the weather effect upon arrival to this ghost town in central Elsweyr. The dark weather will not clear up so long as the player is either in the town or around the outside perimeter of it.

Interestingly enough, this perimeter changes depending on what side the player is on. If the player is outside coming in, then the perimeter (dark weather trigger) is closer to the town's walls, but if the player is inside coming out, the perimeter is a bit more expanded out of town.
