Are you or a loved one afraid to fall? For most Seniors, falls can be a devastating experience. Those that do fall and break a bone, their life expectancy can be less than two years. And what do many Seniors do as a result of a fall, they become less mobile. Buying into the myth that less movement means less opportunity to fall. In reality, moving less is the worst thing a Senior can do for their balance, physical and mental health. In fact, research has shown that fall risks can be mostly in your head! We know confidence plays a huge role in our mobility and balance.
