INGREDIENTS:

WET BATTER:
400 gms chicken boneless
7 cup Milk
7 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 & half tbsp mustard sauce
1 egg
2 tbp vinegar
1 tsp oregano

COATING:
2 cups Cornflakes
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder

CHILLI MAYO SAUCE:
4 tbsp mayonnaise or ranch
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp mustard sauce
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp water

ASSEMBLING:
Tortilla wraps (4-5)
Lettuce chopped
Cabbage chopped
Capsicum or red bell pepper chopped

METHOD:
Cut chicken into strips. In a bowl, add chicken, milk, all the nentioned spices of wet batter,mustard sauce,egg and vinegar, mix well.
In another bowl add cornfllakes,and all the spices of dry batter, mix well.
Coat the chicken well with flour mixture, shake off excess
(You can freeze at this point)
Fry for 8-10 minutes at medium heat until golden and crispy. Serve them with chili mayo dip and enjoy
