Potato Harvest Part 1(Laratte Fingerling)

We are picking our Laratte Fingerling Potatoes today and wanted to show you how we harvest and store them. It has been a very dry and hot year here so far and this has reduced our normal harvest it appears on this variety by about half. We ended up with about 10lb and typically we get about 25-30lbs but we have also been picking new potatoes as the season has been progressing so that us reduced it as well.
