The Five Pillars which we will explore together are, Nutrition, Emotional Resilience, Physical Activity, Breathwork & Sleep. Through understanding how these areas impact our lives and learning simple and effective strategies to make practical adjustments we can take better control and reduce our feelings of stress, worry and overwhelm.
