WEATHER WARFARE – EARTHQUAKE WEAPONS – HIDDEN WEAPONS OF THE CABAL – WEATHER WARS – GRID SHUTDOWN

**Note: Please read the description as I found quite a bit to confirm that this technology is being used against us right now by Russia and a Rogue group from Japan and probably more rogue cartels. America is under weather attack right now.

If you look up Source #3 listed below, you will find out that “Weather Warfare” and “Earthquake Machines” are not NEW and it is a technology that Russia – Soviet Union had back in the 50’s and a rogue group from Japan, who leased the technology for $1 Billion a year.

Scalar Technology was experimented with by Tesla (in a good way) and I’m sure that the intelligence agencies are hoarding his notes and tests.

Scalar waves are a well-known phenomenon and they occur naturally in Nature (e.g., thoughts, DNA, food), and are are non-linear, non-Hertzian waves, that have the ability to carry information. They travel faster than the speed of light and do not decay over time.

Scalar Electromagnetics are wireless and can be transmitted across the world in a split second by the push of a button. That is what makes them so scary. They are not like missiles which you can redirect or take back, once you push the button, it’s game over on a scalar level.

The KGB – Russia’s Intelligence Agency has weaponized scalar energy back in the 60’s.

Once of the Soviet Unions Communist leaders, Nikita Khrushchev said: "We have a new weapon —just within the portfolio of our scientists, so to speak — so powerful that, if unrestrainedly used, it could wipe out all life on earth."

Incidents Where Outside Intervention Saved the United States

Many dramatic but largely unheralded incidents occurred during the so-called
"Cold War". For example, in the 1970s a small nation saved the United States
from total destruction by Soviet nuclear weapons which had been inserted in our
cities. That nation did it very simply: they likewise inserted an appreciable
number of nuclear weapons of their own, some thermonuclear, inside Russia
itself, in its population centers and its primary target zones.

*Note: I do not know this small nation is they are referring to, but France did have Nuclear Weapons in the 1960’s and they are the size of Texas.

All these inserted nuclear weapons — both in the United States and in Russia —
are still there with their activation teams, waiting. In such manner was the
"balance of terror" — the Mutual Assured Destruction or MAD doctrine — really
implemented and enforced vis a vis the Soviet Union. At the time this approach to
deterrence was called "Dead Man Fuzing". *See Source #3

In April 1986 a private little U.S. group intervened to prevent a forthcoming giant
earthquake that was being built up for the greater Los Angeles and San Francisco
areas by the KGB scalar interferometers. Via a special electronic device, the group
suddenly destroyed one of the distant Soviet scalar interferometer transmitters —
thereby initiating the nearby Chernobyl nuclear incident but preventing the loss of
perhaps 200,000 U.S. lives in Los Angeles and San Francisco, together with
preventing terrible destruction and economic damage. *See Source #3

Also in 1986, the same friendly little nation again prevented our strategic
destruction by even more powerful energetics weapons developed by the Soviet
Union. As early as 1984, the friendly nation simply began exploding very large
Russian missile ammunition storage sites, to warn the Soviet Union of what was
in store for it, if it attacked. *See Source #3

In 1997, again the U.S. would have been utterly destroyed on two occasions had it
not been for the same little nation. (I do not know who this “little nation” is). *See Source #3

Several professional colleagues and I played a desperate role in both of those frighteningly real incidents, which were never reported in the news media. Indeed, our own intelligence agencies had no inkling that a full strategic Soviet superweapon attack to destroy the United States was imminent on each of the occasions (the second of which would have occurred on May 1, 1997). *See Source #3

The May Day attack for 1997 would have been the "big one", had the Federal Security Service (FSB/KGB) not been checkmated by "an offer it could not refuse" — delivered once again by the friendly nation. During those critical periods when every hour on the clock seemed a week in length, the hostile armada that would have struck us included the Japanese Yakuza and Aum Shinrikyo teams on site in Russia, operating leased KGB/FSB strategic scalar interferometers against the U.S. *See Source #3

In 1990 the rogue Japanese teams began operating the leased Russian scalar interferometers worldwide for weather engineering and other purposes under the supervision of the FSB/KGB. The Yakuza and its vast resources worldwide were thus incorporated into the FSB/KGB planning and coordination for the coming destruction of the United States and the Western world. *See Source #3

So it was that in early 1990, the FSB/KGB transferred their North American weather engineering operation to the Yakuza/Aum Shinrikyo teams, who perpetuated it using the Russian scalar interferometers that the Yakuza had leased. Today the rogue Japanese teams on site in Russia and elsewhere continue their weather engineering against the United States under FSB/KGB supervision.

In the source #3 below it says the final blow of America’s Coup de tat is loss of our national electrical power system is intended to evoke the catastrophic collapse of the entire U.S. economy, followed by the fall of other Western nations' economies like toppling dominoes.

Selected portable weapons have been inserted within the USA to destroy key internal targets as well as our electrical grid.

There is NO plan to replace the grid when this happens although many have been warning of this plan for a long time, there is denial from all sectors of our government.

The ONE thing that will cause total chaos is loss of nationwide electricity with no plans on to get it going again. That will bring everything to a halt. Financial System will completely collapse. Panic will set in. The world will come to a stop. No Medicine. No Food.

The loving government who is destroying animals with “diseases” is being ordered to do this. We have no true government nor sovereignty.

This is the final dagger to transfer the power from the USA to the BRICS nations.
