Disgraced California, Newsom, Issues Executive Order on Homelessness

The US Supreme Court Rule recently, Newsom ordered homeless camps cleared following a Supreme Court ruling. Yet, all the articles I have read, say nothing about where or what they will do with them. It is rather amusing, seeing the left scramble on attempting to take care of issue of there own making. I make suggestions, how to tackle it while addressing the elephant in the room.
