Flying a Fortress episode 3 covers the Flexible Aerial Gunnery course, otherwise known as gunnery school.

Flexible Aerial Gunnery was a course focused on teaching aircrew members how to effectively operate and manage flexible, or movable, machine guns mounted in various positions on a bomber or fighter plane. The course covered gun maintenance, marksmanship, tracking and leading targets. Gunners learned to defend against aerial attacks and engage enemy aircraft, while also managing weapon systems in the confined environment of a moving aircraft.

The next episode covers USAAF Flight School, (may be broken into two episodes) covering Primary Pilot Training, Basic Pilot Training, Advanced Pilot Training.
