Azoospermia; no sperm cells, Oligospermia; where few sperm cells & Teratospermia; abnormal shaped sperms are produced. Sometimes, sperm cells malformed or die before fertilization. In rare cases, genetic disease like cystic fibrosis, chromosomal abnormality affects sperm generation.
