Reject: A Super Superhero Story (part 27)

*Reject struggles in his fight with this new Avarr armored robot. Head to head he easily can deal with whatever this mechanical monster dishes out, but this monster isn't standing still long enough for any head to head to actually occur. The Avarr robot moves at speeds Reject cannot match, and, soon, Reject comes up with a plan. Instead of blocking any punch, or sending a few punches of his own, the next time the Ten Man appears Reject just grabs hold of all that Avarr armor and hangs on. He let the Ten Man pull him into the Velocity Vortex, a realm to the side of reality where one is not limited by the laws of physics. In the Velocity Vortex anyone can run faster than the speed of light, they can even move much quicker than that and never be slowed by any friction, and they could...if they wanted...run for years on end without once getting tired. In that vortex many a miracle can occur, but all Reject cares about is how in that Vortex he can have his head to head fight. He catches up with the Ten Man, that Avarr armor now nothing to Reject who breaks it into bits with ease. But as Reject tears the Ten Mans greatest robot apart he begins to realize the Velocity Vortex has one touch of amazement that isn't all that great. The longer Reject is inside the vortex the weaker he gets, his body falling apart as he begins to cough up blue blood constantly. If he stays inside any longer, Reject knows he will die [AI Art]*
