MORE Backlash for Rings of Power Season 2

Amazon Studios released a second trailer for their upcoming Lord of the Rings series The Rings of Power and it’s already been ratioed on YouTube.

The trailer for season 2 of The Rings of Power accompanied a panel at San Diego Comic Con where the actors hinted at a romantic relationship between Sauron and Galadriel as well as more representation for LGBTQ+ people. This obviously goes against the religious themes Tolkien wrote about in his books since he was a Catholic. If Amazon Prime wants to blatantly go against the source material and author’s intentions it is likely season 2 will be a bigger failure than season 1.
