…or get pulled apart.

Whether it’s “home, sweet, home”, or it’s “take me home tonight”. Our home symbolizes our familial existence and where memories were and are made. And our house is the dwelling place that encapsulates all of it.

It used to be that purchasing a house was an investment so that it could be passed on to future generations as an asset. Now it’s become a commodities market. People buy houses and flip them as if they are selling flapjacks. The repercussions from this expanded real estate market is the inflated cost.

Most people used to be able to afford a house based on their cash flow from the work they did. Nowadays, with prices of house starting at half a million dollars in most populous states. It’s no wonder we had the housing crisis 2008 with the potential of history to repeat itself.

My curiosity is more fundamental - do we own the “real estate” we purchase? You see, if we fail to make tax payment, it is consider delinquent. Thereby you fall into default and the banker can take your house. And if the house is “free and clear” of all “financial obligations” then why is property taxes perennial? If you fail to pay your property taxes. Your house is at jeopardy, and you may lose your house to the bankers even if you have paid off your mortgage. The foreclosure process is what keeps people up at night.

The question begs to be asked, “ How does our financial institution work for the people?” If it doesn’t, then what kind of financial institution is it, and why is the government colluding with these institutions? Are these financial institutions and government agencies just beneficiaries acting under the guise of trustees?

Lastly, do you own the land patent for your house? If not maybe it’s worth getting a chain of title from your “realtor”.

While you’re contemplating all these details. Check out the Alset app (https://www.yourealset.com/) and start to barter with other. You can also trade goods and services with the old money fiat system. The impetus is to keep the intrinsic value and all the wealth in the community by going C2C!
